Back in high school in 1975, we began our journey together. The wild child and the policeman's daughter; the student body president and the student body secretary; and the adventurer and cautious one somehow found each other!

On August 11, 1979 (yes, it's 25 years ago), I married my husband and my friend, Jim Stetson. (Back then, I didn't bathe in SPF 30.)

After I left the corporate world in 2000, Jim's only request was to finally have a puppy. How could I refuse?  I wanted a puppy, too. "Dreamstar Tess of Turtle Bay" was born on April 11, 2000. Tess, a Portuguese Water Dog packed with personality, entered our lives in June.

This year, we celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Not always an easy road, I am blessed that we continue to travel that road together and in love.
